Shipping policy
We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
